Directions
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule every 24 hours for 3 to 6 months. A minimum of 3 months is suggested where expectations are moderate and 6 months for the full benefits.You can take Voplex at any time during the day, however, an hour after your last meal of the day is preferred. Be sure to drink at least 8 oz. of water when taking Voplex. For best results, take Voplex at the same time every day. I used a penis pump for almost 6 months and it works magic if you use it an hour before sex.
